Header and explanation texts can now be added to product rows in sales orders, sales offers and sales invoices. These texts help to structure sales invoice contents for better readability. Texts that are shown before the product row are header texts and texts shown after the product row comment are explanation texts.
Both header and explanation texts are optional and support maximum 512 characters. In 'Extra information' dialog that can be opened from 'Extra information' button, users can add, update and delete those texts as long as sales orders, sales offers and sales invoices are still editable. When invoice rows are exported to Excel, PDF or Html, header and explanation texts are exported too.
It is now possible to get a list of all users and the rights they have via Management > Users and privileges. Previously, a printout of users included only those visible under User Rights and not all the selected Users. This is now improved so that all selected users are included in an export regardless of whether it is in Excel, HTML or PDF format.
